A player joins you on voice and shares their screen: you review one of their games, you can watch the next one live, then you debrief and leave them a report. You choose when you're available.

What you earn per session
- League of Legends€7.05 to €16.46
- Valorant€7.05 to €16.46
Indicative earnings: your share (55%) of what the client pays, depending on their rank. Locked in when the session ends.
A session, in practice
- 1Voice: the client joins you in the session room, right on the site.
- 2VOD: they share their screen and you review one of their games together.
- 3Live game ("+ game" option): they play, you watch and guide them, one or two pointers at a time.
- 4Debrief + report: 2 priorities and 1 exercise, which they find in their progress page.
What we expect from you
- A high, verifiable rank: Master+ on LoL, Immortal+ on Valorant, top level in your game elsewhere.
- Explaining things simply, without ever playing for the client.
- Consistency: a returning client wants their coach back.
